Q&A
A: Yes, the electric bike tour is recommended for ages 12 and up. However, kids under 12 can join if they're accompanied by an adult. Just make sure they’re comfortable riding a bike, as it's about a 10-mile ride with some varied terrain.
A: Just wear something comfortable and weather-appropriate. Athletic shoes are best since you'll be riding for a couple of hours. If it's sunny, don’t forget sunscreen and maybe a hat! The provided helmets fit over most hairstyles, so you're good there.
A: If the weather isn't cooperating, they usually reschedule or offer a full refund. It's best to contact them a day or two before just to confirm your tour will go on as planned, especially in winter months when it can get chilly!

Thinking of gifting the Chicago Lakefront Electric Bike Tour!
Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting my boyfriend the Chicago Lakefront Electric Bike Tour for his birthday. He loves biking and the outdoors! I’ve heard the views are amazing, especially the skyline pics at the lakefront. What do you all think? Is it worth it? Any tips for making the day special?
My first time on an e-bike at the Lakefront!
Just finished the Chicago Lakefront Electric Bike Tour and wow, what a blast! The e-bikes made it so easy to ride along the lakefront. The guide was really knowledgeable about the city. We stopped at Buckingham Fountain and the Art Institute - perfect spots for photos! I totally recommend it, especially for those who like a bit of adventure but don’t want to overexert themselves.
