Chicago Local Brewery Expedition with Homemade Guacamole

We'll explore five (5) of our favorite, Handcrafted Local Micro Breweries in two special locations of the historic, Chicago landmark district, Fulton Market; which used to be the meatpacking district, now becoming the Chicago Brewery District. Here you'll experience the fabulous, intricate world of the art of beer creation. We will all meet at the first one, introduce ourselves and try some delicious appetizers; where Carla will make a special Homemade Guacamole and Homemade Tortilla chips, and here, the first 3 handcrafted beers (3-5oz beers) are on us. Then we'll walk to the other breweries where you'll have a chance to order other beers and serve your own. Here you can stay as long as you want after the tour. During our expedition, we can all share our opinion about the flavors, the creation, etc... All the breweries are within walking distance.

A: Casual and comfortable is the way to go! You’ll be walking between breweries, so wear something you can move in. A light jacket is good for the evening chill. And comfy shoes are a must since you'll be on your feet a lot.

A: They usually operate rain or shine, but if the weather is severe, they might reschedule. It's best to check with Ronaldo a day or two ahead if there's a storm warning. They’re pretty flexible about rescheduling!

Hey all! I’m considering this Chicago brewery expedition with homemade guacamole as a gift for my boyfriend's bday. He loves craft beer and trying new foods. Just got back from the brewery tour – it was awesome!

I went on the brewery expedition in Chicago last week, and wow, it was such a great experience! The guacamole from Chef Carla was the best I’ve ever had, and trying the craft beers was super cool. We walked to each spot, and it felt so lively in Fulton Market. I totally recommend it for anyone who loves beer and good food!
