Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: There’s no specific age limit for kids on this tour! It’s a family-friendly experience. Just keep in mind that the itinerary can be quite packed, especially with places like Mackinac Island and the Pictured Rocks. I saw families with toddlers, but they seemed to adapt well. If they’re used to travel, I think they’ll have a blast!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Do they cancel the tour?

A: If weather conditions are severe, they usually offer to reschedule or provide a refund. It's pretty rare for the tour to be canceled just because of rain, though. They adjust activities if needed, especially those like the ferry to Mackinac Island. Just keep an eye on the forecast as your dates approach!

Q: How does the room selection work for bigger groups?

A: For larger groups, you’ll definitely need separate bookings if your party is over four. They assign rooms based on availability, which can be tricky if you have specific requests. Just make sure to mention all confirmation numbers when booking, so you can travel on the same bus. It can get complicated, but they’re usually pretty accommodating.

Considering the Chicago Milwaukee and Lakes Tour for my parents!

Hey everyone! I'm thinking about booking the 6-day tour for my parents' anniversary. They love scenic views and history, and I think places like Mackinac Island and the Pictured Rocks would be perfect for them. Has anyone done this tour? How's the hotel situation? Do they really get to see all the lakes? Any tips would be great!

Just got back from the Chicago Milwaukee and Lakes Tour!

Wow, how incredible was that tour?! We got to explore Chicago, Milwaukee, and Traverse City, and the lakes were breathtaking. The tour guide was super friendly and shared so many fun facts. The hotel was comfy, and breakfast included was a nice bonus. I highly recommend the Harley Davidson Museum stop—so cool! Anyone else loved this experience too?
