Q&A
A: There isn't a strict age limit for kids, but it’s really geared towards older teens and adults since some historical aspects might not resonate with younger kids. It could be a great educational experience for them, though! Just make sure they're okay with spending a few hours on the bus.
A: Comfort is key! Chicago weather can be unpredictable, so layers are a good choice. In warmer months, breathable clothes are best, while in colder months, make sure to bring a warm jacket. Sneakers are perfect for walking around some neighborhoods, especially in places like Little Village.
A: You can reschedule by contacting the provider directly through their website or customer service line. They’re pretty flexible, especially if you give them a heads up. Just make sure to check their cancellation policy as well!

Thinking about gifting the Chicago South Side Tour!
I'm considering getting the South Side tour for my dad’s birthday. He loves history and this seems like a great way to learn about Chicago’s blue-collar roots. I read that you even pass by the Ford Factory and Cook County Jail! Has anyone done this? What was your favorite part?
Just did the South Side tour and wow!
I went on the South Side tour last week and it was amazing! The guide took us through Hyde Park and talked about the University of Chicago’s history, plus we saw Obama’s old neighborhood! The vibe was real. Definitely more blue-collar than I expected. Would recommend this to anyone who loves learning about the city.
