Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the food tour?

A: No age restrictions! This tour is great for food lovers of all ages. Kids will enjoy the dumplings and pizza, while adults can appreciate the history and culture too. Just keep in mind that some of the food stops may not have kid-friendly options, but the guides are super accommodating.

Q: What should I wear for this food tour? Is it casual or more upscale?

A: Definitely go casual! You’ll be walking a lot and eating, so comfy shoes and breathable clothes are key. It can get a bit humid in NYC, especially if you’re doing this in the summer. Just be prepared to enjoy food in a laid-back atmosphere.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather looks really bad! Just reach out to Tasty Tours NYC a day in advance if possible, and they will work with you to find another date. Make sure to check the forecast ahead of time. It’s a walking tour, so rain can make it less enjoyable.

Thinking about the Chinatown and Little Italy Food Tour for my sister's birthday!

Has anyone done this? I’m really considering it because she loves trying new foods. The idea of dumplings and pizza sounds amazing! Also, what are some of the landmarks they show? I know she’s a fan of 'The Sopranos', so that might be a fun touch. What do you think?

Just did the Chinatown and Little Italy Food Tour – So much fun!

I took the tour last week, and it was seriously a blast! The dumplings were my favorite, but the handmade ravioli was also to die for. Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared some great stories about the neighborhoods. If you’re thinking of gifting this, do it! You won’t regret it!
