Classy pontoon boat tour by or through 10 bridges and around 4 islands! We depart in sight of the new Sellwood bridge, then cruise past the Iconic Oaks Amusment Park and by the oldest yacht club on the west coast then down the east side of East, HardTack and Ross Islands before going through  Ross Island, Lighted Tillicum Crossing, Marquam, Hawthorne, Morrison, Burnside and Steel bridges where we catch a great view of the Golden Gate Red Broadway bridge, and the grand arches of the Freemont Bridge. We finish the tour with a cruise through Downtown and up the west side channel past the buried treasure of Toe Island and back to the dock. At night it is a similiar tour, but we linger to enjoy the city lights.  Great tour for kids and visiting friends too! Open boat in nice weather and classy enclosure in cool or rainy weather makes "Party Scovare" the perfect platform for every party cruise!

Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this boat tour? Can kids join?

A: No age limit! This City Lights and Bridge Tour is actually great for kids. They’ll love seeing all the bridges and cruising around the islands. Just keep in mind that it can get a bit chilly at night, so bring some jackets for the little ones!

Q: What should I wear for the evening tour? Is it open to the elements?

A: Evening tours can get chilly, so definitely wear layers! The boat has an enclosure for cooler weather, but it’s still smart to bring a warm jacket. Comfortable shoes are a must too since you'll be moving around a bit.

Q: If the weather is bad, can we reschedule the tour?

A: Yes! If the weather looks bad, just reach out to Scovare Yachts. They’re pretty flexible with rescheduling. Just make sure to check their policy ahead of time, so you know what to expect.

Just did the City Lights and Bridge Tour, and wow!

I took the City Lights and Bridge Tour last weekend and it was amazing! We saw all these beautiful bridges like the Fremont and Tillicum, all lit up. The guide was super knowledgeable and entertaining. I went with friends visiting from out of town, and they loved it! I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a unique Portland experience. Also, the view of downtown at night is just something else.

Thinking about gifting the City Lights Boat Tour!

I want to gift my parents the City Lights and Bridge Tour for their anniversary. They love the water and exploring new experiences. I’m a little worried about the weather in October though. Anyone know how often they cancel due to rain? And do you think it's romantic enough for an anniversary?
