Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit for the tour, so it should be suitable for teenagers! It’s great for anyone who enjoys nature and history. Just keep in mind that some parts involve moderate walking, especially at the waterfalls. If your daughter’s up for a bit of hiking, she’ll have a blast!
A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes with good grip! The trails can be a bit muddy, especially after rain. I'd recommend layers too, since it can get chilly near the falls. Don't forget a light jacket or poncho just in case of sprinkles!
A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can reschedule! Just contact the tour provider, and they'll help you find another date. They really prioritize safety, so if they think the conditions are iffy, they'll let you know. It’s super flexible, so no worries there!

Just did the Portland & Columbia Gorge tour - WOW!
I just came back from the City of Portland & Columbia Gorge tour, and I'm still buzzing from it! The view from Pittock Acres was breathtaking with Mt. Hood in the background. Multnomah Falls was also a highlight. You can feel the mist on your face as you cross the bridge! The guide was super knowledgeable and made the history of Portland really interesting. If you're considering gifting this experience, do it! It’s such a fun way to explore the beauty of Oregon.
Thinking of gifting the Portland & Gorge tour! Anyone tried it?
I’m looking to get this tour for my sister’s birthday. She loves nature and exploring new places. Has anyone done the City of Portland & Columbia Gorge tour? Was it worth it? Any tips for making the day more special?
