During this Private Tour with mystic Mark Amaru Pinkham, author of "Sedona: City of the Star People," you will learn the legends and see the remnants of ancient Palatkwapi, the "Red City" of Hopi legend that was built and lived in by the Kachina Star People from the Pleiades that Sedona currently sits upon. Mark reveals the major vortexes, the 5 & 6 pointed Star Grids, the temples, statues, and the red rock carvings that were specially created many thousands of years ago by the Star People, and he also leads you through a special alchemical meditation at one of these power spots. Mark will also reveal the location of the throne and court of the leader of the Star People, the Hopis' patron and Lord of the World, Masau'u.

A: There’s no strict age limit! Kids are welcome, and I saw families on my tour. Just keep in mind some of the concepts may go over younger kids' heads, but Mark does a great job engaging everyone. It’s a fun mix of history and mystery, so teens might really enjoy it too!

Q: What should I wear for the City of the Star People Tours? Is it casual or more formal?

A: Casual and comfy is the way to go! You’ll be outdoors a lot, so wear sturdy shoes for walking and maybe layers since it can get cooler in Sedona. Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen as well; you’ll be out in the sun for a bit.

Q: How do reschedules work if the weather is bad?

A: If the weather’s too bad, Mark will usually reach out to reschedule. He’s super flexible with this kind of thing, so just be on the lookout for any updates before your tour date. He wants everyone to have a great experience!

Just did the City of the Star People Tour, and WOW!

I went on the City of the Star People Tour with Mark, and it was incredible! The legends he shared about the Hopi and the Pleiades were mind-blowing. The red rock formations are even more stunning in person, and the alchemical meditation was a unique experience I didn't expect. Totally worth the time if you’re interested in mysticism or ancient cultures. Highly recommend!

Thinking of gifting this tour, but is it good for someone who's not into astrology?

I’m considering getting this tour for my friend who’s not really into astrology or anything mystical. I love that stuff, but I’m worried she won't appreciate it. Has anyone done this and think it's accessible for non-believers?
