Come out for a day sail adventure in Boston Harbor aboard one of our classic wooden schooners, Liberty Star or Fame. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets and enjoy some quality time out on the water with unbeatable views of the city. Consider our Pastries & Prosecco sails aboard Liberty Star, Sundays at 11am. This is a 2-hour sail including complimentary pastries and coffee from Flour Bakery as well as mimosas! Drinks are available onboard for purchase via cash, credit, or Apple Pay - our menu includes several beers brewed right here in Boston! We also carry locally-distilled spirits, wine, soda, juice, and water in addition to several snack options. You are welcome to bring your own snacks or bagged lunches, but please no coolers or outside beverages. There is no formal narration during our daysails, but feel free to ask the captain and crew and they’ll happily share their knowledge of local landmarks and history.

Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the tall ship cruise? Can kids join?

A: Yes, kids can definitely join the tall ship cruise! There’s no strict age limit, so it’s a great family outing. Just keep in mind to supervise younger kids, as the deck can be a bit slippery. If you're doing the Pastries & Prosecco cruise, the mimosas are for adults, but the pastries and soda are kid-friendly! It’s about $50 per adult, and kids usually enjoy the experience too.

Q: What if the weather looks bad for the day we booked?

A: If the weather conditions are unsafe, the cruise company will typically cancel and offer a reschedule or a refund. It's a good idea to check their cancellation policy online before booking. Always keep an eye on the weather forecast as the date approaches! I’ve had to reschedule once due to rain, and they were really accommodating about it.

Q: What should we wear on the cruise? Is it chilly out on the water?

A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get a bit chilly out on the water, even in summer. I recommend a light jacket just in case. If you're doing the morning Pastries & Prosecco sail, it's nice to wear something casual but comfortable. Also, be sure to wear non-slip shoes since the deck can be slick. Have fun!

Thinking of gifting the Pastries & Prosecco sail!

Hey everyone! I'm considering gifting the Pastries & Prosecco cruise to my partner for our anniversary. The idea of sailing around Boston Harbor while enjoying pastries from Flour Bakery sounds perfect! Has anyone done this? How was the vibe? I just want to make sure it’s romantic enough. Do they serve the prosecco right away?

Just got back from the tall ship cruise!

OMG, the Classic Tall Ship Cruise in Boston was incredible! We went on the Sunday morning Pastries & Prosecco cruise, and it was just the best way to start the day. The crew was super friendly and the views of the city were unbeatable. It wasn't too crowded at all. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, just book it! Highly recommend bringing a light jacket though, it can get breezy out there!
