I can't recommend the Clearwater Beach Dolphin Jet Ski Island Adventure enough! We saw so many dolphins near Honeymoon Island. The thrill of zipping over the water was unmatched. Plus, our guide was super knowledgeable about the area. It was a bit pricey ($150 per jet ski), but totally worth it for the experience!
