Q&A
A: No age restrictions for attending the games! Kids are totally welcome, but keep in mind that if they’re under 2, they don't need a ticket as long as they sit on your lap. Just make sure they can handle the noise and excitement! Also, it's a good idea to bring some ear protection if you're going with little ones.
A: Definitely wear layers! While the arena is cooled for the ice, it can get a bit warm with all the fans and cheering. A jersey or a hoodie over a t-shirt is perfect. Also, don’t forget comfy shoes since you might be standing up cheering a lot! If you're heading there in October, make sure to check the weather outside too, just in case!
A: Parking can be a bit tricky on game nights. There’s a garage right at the arena but it fills up fast. I recommend getting there at least an hour early or consider using rideshare services. There are also some lots a bit further away which are cheaper, but you’ll need to walk a bit. It's worth the early arrival for the pre-game vibes!

Thinking about getting Avalanche tickets as a gift!
I’m considering buying Colorado Avalanche tickets for my brother’s birthday! He’s a huge fan and I know he’d love the atmosphere at Ball Arena. I’ve seen the games can be pretty exciting with players like MacKinnon and Makar. Any tips on what seats have the best view? And is the food there any good? I want this to be a memorable gift!
Just got back from an Avalanche game—what a blast!
I went to see the Avalanche play last week at Ball Arena and it was amazing! The energy was off the charts, especially when they scored. The pre-game activities were fun too. If you're thinking about going, just do it! Highly recommend getting there early for a good parking spot and to soak in the atmosphere.
