Q&A
A: I’d recommend dressing in layers since the weather can change quickly in the Gorge. Comfortable shoes are a must because you’ll be walking around the waterfalls. A light jacket is good too, especially if you go in the late afternoon.
A: Tours usually start around noon, but you can check their schedule for exact times. If you need to reschedule, they’re pretty accommodating—just give them a call ahead of time. Just make sure to check their cancellation policy.
A: This tour is designed for adults, mainly due to the wine tastings. But kids are allowed as long as they’re supervised. Just remember, the focus is on wine, so it might be less entertaining for them compared to adults.

Just got back from the Columbia Gorge Waterfalls & Wineries tour!
Wow, this tour was amazing! The waterfalls were stunning, and our guide had such great stories about the area. We went to three different wineries in Hood River, and the wine was delicious! I’m thinking of gifting this to my parents for their anniversary. Anyone else done it? What did you think?
Considering the Columbia Gorge Waterfalls tour for my boyfriend’s birthday!
Hey everyone! I’m thinking about booking this tour for my boyfriend’s birthday next month. He loves nature and trying new wines. Is this tour good for first-timers? Any tips on booking?
