Q&A
A: There’s no specific age limit for the Commander's Multimedia Tour at Pearl Harbor, so kids are totally welcome! It’s a great way for them to learn about history in a fun and engaging way. Just be aware that some parts of the tour can be more intense, so gauge if your son is ready for that. The multimedia narration is super engaging, though, so I think he’ll love it!
A: Definitely try to book those boat tickets in advance! The standby queue can be long, and you might miss out on the chance to go out to the memorial. It’s only a $1 reservation fee per ticket, so it's worth it to secure your spot ahead of time. Just remember, this multimedia tour doesn't include the boat tickets, so you'll need to plan for that.
A: You're mainly indoors at the Visitor Center and museums, but you'll also walk along the shoreline a bit, so wear comfortable shoes! The weather can be hot, so light clothing is best. Just be aware that it can get a little windy, especially if you're near the water, so maybe bring a light jacket if you're sensitive to that.

Just did the Commander's Multimedia Tour at Pearl Harbor!
Hey everyone! I just got back from the Commander's Official Pearl Harbor Self-Guided Multimedia Tour and wow, it was amazing! The audio guided by Jamie Lee Curtis made the whole experience come alive. It took us about 2-3 hours to go through everything. Remember to reserve your USS Arizona boat tickets ahead of time; we almost missed out because we didn’t! If you’re into history or know someone who is, this makes for a fabulous gift!
Thinking of gifting the Pearl Harbor tour, any thoughts?
I’m considering getting the Commander's Multimedia Tour for my dad for his birthday. He loves WWII history, and I think he’d be so fascinated by it! Has anyone done it, and was it worth the price (which is free except for the boat ticket)? Any tips?
