One of our Chocolate Jedi Knights will guide you through the tasting notes of five bars made at our factory. This flight includes five pieces of chocolates per person. Then you'll see the different chocolate production machines and learn about what each one does to make delicious small-batch bean-to-bar chocolate!

Q: Is there an age limit for the craft chocolate tasting experience?

A: There isn't a strict age limit, but kids must be accompanied by an adult. Since there's a lot of tasting and discussion, I’d say it’s best for ages 10 and up. The tasting experience is really fun for teens and adults, though!

Q: Can we reschedule if something comes up?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just give them a call or email at least 48 hours in advance, and they’ll work with you. It's pretty flexible, which is great for planning gifts!

Q: What should I wear to the chocolate tasting?

A: Casual is definitely the way to go! You might get a bit messy with the chocolate, so wear something you don’t mind getting a little chocolate on. Also, closed-toe shoes are a good idea since you’ll be walking around the factory.

Just did the craft chocolate tasting at River-Sea – wow!

I went to the craft chocolate tasting in Manassas last weekend, and it was epic! The Chocolate Jedi Knight who led us was super knowledgeable and passionate. We tasted five different chocolates, each one more amazing than the last. Plus, the factory tour was super cool! I ended up buying some bars to take home. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves chocolate!
