During this class, we will teach you how to create your own fragrance blend, select products for your scrub to make it uniquely yours. This class is taught by trained creatives (most from the local art school SCAD). You'll also learn about some interesting history about the first people who came to Savannah, their involvement in the salt trade, local economy and how they influenced the entire southeastern US.

Q: Do we get to choose our own scents for the scrub, or are there set options?

A: Yes! You get to create your own fragrance blend during the class. The instructors will help guide you in choosing from a variety of scents and ingredients, so you can really make it personal. It’s a fun way to express yourself and make a unique gift for someone else!

Q: Is there an age limit for this class? Can kids join too?

A: The class is suitable for all ages, but children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. It’s a great bonding experience for families! Just make sure to check with the studio if you have a larger group.

Q: What if we have to reschedule? Is that an option?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your booking! Just be sure to contact Salacia Salts at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. They’re pretty flexible about it, which is nice.

I’m so excited! I got this class as a birthday gift for my sister. It’s at Salacia Salts, and I hear you can create your own scents, which she’ll love. It’s supposed to be super fun and involves some local history too. Can’t wait to see what she comes up with!

I went last week and it was amazing! The teachers were super knowledgeable, and I mixed this lavender lemon scrub that smells unreal. Plus, hearing the history of Savannah and the salt trade made it even more special. Highly recommend it as a group activity!
