Q&A
A: No need to bring your own flowers! The workshop provides all the necessary plants for making the essences. They have everything set up, and you'll use clippers and jars provided by the instructor. Just come ready to learn and connect with nature!
A: The workshop is generally suitable for ages 12 and up, but younger kids are welcome if accompanied by a parent. It’s a very peaceful environment, and kids can enjoy the hands-on experience of making essences while reconnecting with nature. Just check with the host if you'll be bringing younger kids!
A: Definitely dress comfortably! The workshop is held outdoors in the beautiful Sandia Mountains, so I recommend layers to adjust to the weather. Sturdy shoes are a must since you might be walking on uneven terrain. Don’t forget sunscreen and maybe a hat too!

Anyone else taken the flower essence workshop in Albuquerque?
I just got back from the Create Energetic Flower Essences workshop and wow, it was such a unique experience! Learning about the different plants and how to make essences was mind-blowing. The setting in the Sandia Mountains was breathtaking. Plus, we did this calming meditation and a tea ceremony beforehand. I left with my own essence, and I can’t wait to try it out! Who else has attended? Any tips for connecting with the plants?
Thinking of gifting the flower essence workshop!
I’m considering this as a birthday gift for my sister who’s super into holistic health and nature. Has anyone done this workshop? How was the experience? Also, do you think it's suitable for someone who’s new to this kind of stuff?
