Q&A
A: Yes, Tijon does offer group bookings! You can reserve the fragrance experience for private parties or special events, which is great for birthdays or anniversaries. Just make sure to contact them in advance to check availability and any minimum guest requirements. They’ve got a fun setup for groups, so it should be a blast!
A: You don’t need to dress up too fancy! Just wear something comfortable since you’ll be mixing scents. It can get a little fragrant, but it’s not messy at all. Just avoid anything too delicate, like silk, in case you spill a drop of something. Most people just wear casual clothes!
A: Great question! Kids 12 and older can participate, but those under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. It’s a fun experience for all ages, especially if they’re interested in scents. Just keep in mind that the process involves some scent mixing that might require supervision for younger ones.

Had the best time making my own perfume at Tijon!
Just wanted to share that I recently went to Tijon in Charleston and made my own custom perfume. It was such a cool experience! They give you a workbook to help you understand scents, and the staff was super helpful in guiding us. Plus, I got a small bottle of my own creation to take home! Can’t believe I made something I actually love wearing! Totally recommend this for a unique gift or just a fun outing. Prices are so reasonable too, around $70.
Thinking about gifting the fragrance experience - need opinions!
I’m thinking of gifting this custom perfume experience for my sister’s birthday, but I’m not sure if it’ll be worth it. She loves scents and always wanted to learn more about them. Did anyone find this useful or enjoyable? What was the atmosphere like? Thanks!
