Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Crescent City History Tour? Can kids come along?

A: Great question! This tour is mostly for adults since it includes stops at bars, but kids are allowed if the bar permits it. Just check with the specific bars you'll be visiting, as some are kid-friendly while others are strictly 21+. If you’re planning to bring kids, maybe call ahead to clarify!

Q: What should I wear for the Crescent City History Tour? Is it casual?

A: Definitely keep it casual! You’ll be walking around the French Quarter, so comfy shoes are a must. The weather in NOLA can be pretty humid, so breathable fabrics are a good choice too. Layering is wise since it can get cooler in the evening. Just avoid high heels if you plan on stopping at bars!

Q: What if it rains? Do they reschedule the Crescent City History Tour?

A: Tours generally run rain or shine since you’ll be under the cover of some bars and buildings. If the weather gets bad enough, they may reschedule. It’s best to keep an eye on the forecast and check their policy when booking. I had a great time even with a little drizzle, so don’t worry too much!

Just did the Crescent City History Tour and wow!

I went on the Crescent City History Tour last week and it was incredible! The local guide had such great stories about the French Quarter, and the architecture was mind-blowing. Plus, we got to stop at some cool bars for drinks. Perfect mix of history and fun!
