This 13-hour tour makes the most of a one day journey to the Grand Canyon. See the Grand Canyon via a small group of up to five passengers maximum. This small group tour gives you a more personal and comfortable experience as you make your way to your final destination. You may be taken to a variety of stops throughout this tour such as the Painted Desert, Cameron Trading Post, OR Route 66. You'll get a chance to visit a few of the canyon's best overlooks such as Yavapai Point, Moran Point, Grand Canyon Village, and Desert View Watchtower. To our valued International guests: Please do not let the additional National Park fee for non-residents deter your reservation. We can discuss a variety of options with you after booking. For example, there is an annual pass that is great for groups of 3 or more, or for travelers that plan to visit other U.S. National Parks during their stay. The supplier can assist in attaining the pass, if desired.

Q: Is there an age limit for this Grand Canyon day trip?

A: There isn't a strict age limit! Kids are welcome, but they should be at least 6 years old to enjoy the experience fully. Just make sure they can handle a long day of travel, as it’s around 13 hours. Also, the tour is designed for smaller groups, so it’s a comfy ride for everyone, including families.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the tour can typically be rescheduled without a fee. Just reach out to the provider as soon as possible, and they’ll help you find another date. Keep in mind that they’re pretty flexible, especially if you have a larger group.

Q: What should I wear for the Grand Canyon tour?

A: Comfort is key! Wear breathable layers since it can get chilly in the morning and hot during the day. Good walking shoes are a must since you’ll be doing some walking at the overlooks. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen—this trip is all about enjoying the outdoors!

Just did the Grand Canyon day trip—absolutely incredible!

I surprised my partner with this custom Grand Canyon day trip from Phoenix, and wow, it was worth every penny! The small group size made it feel super personal, and our guide was passionate about the canyon's history. Seeing the Desert View Watchtower was a highlight! Just a heads up—bring a good camera for the overlooks. We had perfect weather too!

Thinking of gifting the Grand Canyon tour—thoughts?

I’m considering this Grand Canyon day trip as a gift for my parents. They love nature but aren’t super fit. Is the walking easy? I saw it’s a 13-hour day—do they take breaks? Any tips would be appreciated!
