Please contact us if you would like a different start time. Note that the Honolulu City Council has banned All tour companies from certain beaches, which affects their ability to do snorkeling from the beach.

A: There’s no strict age limit! They provide car seats and boosters for little ones, which is super helpful. The tour is pretty flexible, so you can plan activities that suit your kids’ ages. Just let them know in advance if you need the seats.

A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, they’re pretty flexible with rescheduling. Just be sure to contact them ahead of time. They want you to have a fantastic experience, and can often suggest alternative plans that still let you enjoy Oahu.

I'm thinking about gifting my parents the Custom Island Tour in Oahu, but I'm a bit nervous since they’re not super outdoorsy. I read that the guides can customize everything. Is it really as flexible as it sounds? Also, should I worry about parking logistics since they’ll be picked up at their hotel? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Just did the Custom Island Tour and it was amazing!

Wow, I just got back from the Custom Island Tour and I can’t stop raving about it! The guide was super knowledgeable and took us to spots that weren’t packed with tourists. We snorkeled at a great hidden beach (not from the shore, but still fantastic!). The cooler with water was a nice touch too. If anyone’s thinking about this as a gift, do it!
