Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for visiting the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but the content can be heavy for younger kids. They recommend at least 12 and up for a better understanding of the exhibits. If you're bringing younger ones, you might want to prep them on some of the themes beforehand. It really is a powerful experience that can be good for teens and adults!

Q: Can you reschedule if you buy tickets but can't make it?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your visit if needed! Just make sure to contact their support at least 48 hours in advance. They’re usually pretty flexible, and it’s nice that they understand life happens. Just keep an eye on your email for any confirmation!

Q: What should I wear when visiting the museum?

A: Casual but respectful is the way to go! The museum is a serious place, so it’s best to avoid anything too flashy. Wear comfy shoes because there's a lot of walking involved. Also, check the weather before you go, since some areas are outdoors.

Thinking about gifting a visit to the Dallas Holocaust Museum - any thoughts?

I’m considering getting all-day tickets for the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum for my brother’s birthday. I’ve heard the interactive exhibits are really eye-opening, especially the Dimensions in Testimony. It’s a bit heavy, but I think it could be a meaningful experience. Has anyone here gone? Was it worth it?

Just visited the museum and it was unforgettable!

I went to the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum last weekend, and wow, what an experience! The Holocaust/Shoah Wing was so impactful, and I loved the interactive pieces. The Dimensions in Testimony blew my mind! Being able to ask questions was surreal. I highly recommend everyone to go!
