Q&A
A: Yes, there is a weight limit for each individual passenger which is typically around 250 lbs. It’s best to check with MaxFlight directly to confirm. They may also have total weight capacity for the helicopter as well, depending on how many people you’re bringing along. Always good to double-check to avoid any surprises!
A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate on the day of your tour, MaxFlight will typically reschedule for you at no extra charge. Just keep an eye on the forecast and maybe reach out to them a day or two before to confirm. They’re pretty good about contact and will let you know options.
A: Casual and comfortable is the way to go! You’ll want to wear something that won’t blow around, so avoid long scarves or loose hats. I’d recommend a light jacket too, as it can get a bit chilly up there. Sunglasses are a must to shield your eyes from the sun while you're enjoying those views!

Just booked the helicopter tour over Orlando! Any tips?
I just surprised my partner with the Day Flight 48 Miles Helicopter Tour over Orlando and we’re buzzing with excitement! We’ll be flying over all the theme parks, including the new Epic Universe, which I’m super stoked about. The whole private helicopter part is what sold me. I can’t wait for that bird’s-eye view! What should I definitely bring or know before we go?
Just did the helicopter tour! Wow!
I went on the Day Flight helicopter tour last weekend and it was unforgettable! The view of the parks, especially Magic Kingdom, was just magical. Our pilot gave us great commentary about what we were flying over. I took so many photos! The only bummer was that it was a bit windy at times. Still, totally worth the experience! If you’re considering it, just do it!
