Q&A
A: Great question! For the hike, I’d recommend layering your clothing since temperatures can change quickly in Yellowstone. Good hiking boots are a must. As for difficulty, it varies but it’s generally moderate. If you’re in decent shape, you should find it manageable, but be prepared for some uneven terrain.
A: Yes, kids can join! Just keep in mind that it's best for ages 8 and up, as they need to be able to hike a bit. Mike is great with families and makes it fun for all ages. He provides snacks too, which keeps the kids happy!
A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, Mike will definitely work with you to reschedule. Safety is key, and he monitors conditions closely. Just keep an eye on the forecast, and you can reschedule without any issues!

Thinking of gifting a Yellowstone hike but nervous about the bears!
Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting the Day Hike in Yellowstone to my brother, but I’m a bit scared about the fact that we’ll be in grizzly and wolf territory. Can anyone share their experiences? Did you feel safe? Also, how was the scenery? I’ve heard it’s stunning!
Just did the hike with Mike - amazing experience!
I just got back from the Day Hike in Yellowstone, and wow, what a day! Mike is an awesome guide, super friendly and funny. We saw some incredible wildlife (from a safe distance, of course!). The snacks were a nice surprise too. Perfect gift for anyone who loves the outdoors!
