Q&A

Q: Can we reschedule if something comes up? What’s the policy?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just give Nashville Bestie Transportation a call at least 48 hours in advance. They’re pretty flexible and want to make sure you have a great time. Just keep in mind that the new date will depend on availability, so it's good to book sooner rather than later.

Q: Are there any age limits for kids on this trip? We’re thinking of taking our 10-year-old.

A: No age limits as far as I know! Kids are totally welcome, and they’ll have a blast at Dollywood. Just make sure to bring some snacks and maybe water since they'll be running around a lot. The driver is super accommodating, too, so just let them know your needs.

Q: What should we wear? Is it something we need to dress up for?

A: You can totally dress casual for this trip! Think comfort over style, especially at Dollywood where you’ll be walking around a ton. Sneakers or comfy shoes are a must. If you’re going in summer, don’t forget sunscreen and a hat! And if it rains, pack a poncho just in case.

Just booked the Nashville to Dollywood trip with a private driver!

I’m so excited! We’re going to Dollywood next month, and I decided to go for the 5-hour option with a driver from Nashville Bestie Transportation. The idea of not having to drive and just chilling in a cool vehicle is awesome. Plus, they include snacks and drinks? Can’t wait! Anyone have tips for what to do while we're there?

Who else has done the Dollywood day trip? Worth it?

Thinking of gifting this trip to my parents. They love Dolly Parton! I know they’d enjoy the ride and not having to deal with driving. Just curious if the experience is actually as great as it sounds? Any advice on the best parts of Dollywood?
