Q&A

Q: How do I reschedule if something comes up?

A: You can reschedule your trip by contacting Gray Line of Orlando directly. They usually require at least 24 hours' notice, and they’re pretty flexible if you need to change dates. Just make sure to have your confirmation number handy when you call!

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this trip?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but it’s recommended for kids aged 6 and up, especially for the trolley and museum parts. Younger kids are welcome, but they might not enjoy the historical aspects as much. Just keep an eye on them during the boat cruise!

Q: What should we wear? Is it walking-heavy?

A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes because you’ll be doing a lot of walking, especially on the cobblestone streets. Dress for the weather—layers are a good idea since mornings can be chilly, but it warms up later. A hat and sunscreen are also a must, especially if you’re doing the boat cruise!

Thinking of gifting the St. Augustine day trip - any thoughts?

I’m considering this day trip from Orlando to St. Augustine for my parents’ anniversary. They love history and exploring new places! The trolley tour sounds fun, and I’m curious about the seafood options for lunch. Has anyone done this? Is the pickup from their hotel convenient? I really want this to be special for them!

The boat cruise adds so much to the St. Augustine trip!

Just got back from the St. Augustine trip with the boat cruise option, and it was AMAZING! The views from the water were breathtaking, and it really added to the whole experience. The tour guide was super knowledgeable too. If you're on the fence about adding the cruise, do it! You won't regret it!
