Q&A
A: You'll definitely want to dress in layers! Even if it’s hot during the day, it can get pretty chilly at night when you're stargazing. A light jacket or sweater is a good idea, and don’t forget comfortable shoes since you'll be walking around. Also, bring sunglasses and sunscreen!
A: You'll typically spend about an hour or so stargazing after the sunset. The guide will help you spot constellations and even some planets if the conditions are right. It’s really cool and a perfect way to wind down after exploring the park!
A: Yes, this tour is generally kid-friendly! Kids aged 10 and up are usually a good fit since they can handle some walking and the night sky program. The guide is great with families too. Just make sure they’re prepared for the heat and the cooler night temps.

Thinking about booking the Death Valley tour, anyone done it?
I'm really excited about this Death Valley tour! I heard the sunset at Zabriskie Point is incredible. I’d love to know how the stargazing was - I’ve heard it’s one of the best spots for it. I'm considering this as a gift for my partner's birthday. Just wondering if it’s worth it? Any tips on what to bring?
Just got back from the Death Valley tour - it was epic!
OMG, the Death Valley tour exceeded my expectations! Furnace Creek and Badwater Basin were stunning. Watching the sunset at Zabriskie Point was probably one of the best views I've ever seen. And stargazing? Wow, you can see everything! Highly recommend it to anyone in or around Vegas. Bring a light jacket for the evening!
