Q&A
A: There isn’t a strict weight limit, but the boat is designed for comfort with up to six passengers. Just keep in mind that it’s a mono-hull, so stability is key. If you have a large group, it's best to check with the crew beforehand to make sure everyone will be comfortable and safe!
A: If the weather looks questionable, the crew will reach out to you a day before to discuss options. You can reschedule for another day, or they’ll provide a full refund if it’s canceled. Either way, they’re super accommodating!
A: Definitely wear layers! It can be warm during the day, but once the sun goes down, it can get chilly on the water. I'd recommend a light jacket or sweater, and don’t forget sunscreen if you’re going during the day. Comfortable shoes are a must too!

Just did the sunset sail in San Diego—what an experience!
I took my partner on the Deluxe Sunset & Day Sail and it was absolutely amazing! The views of the city skyline and Coronado Bridge as the sun set were breathtaking. We even spotted some dolphins swimming alongside the boat! The crew was super friendly and provided drinks, which added to the vibe. If you’re looking for a unique gift, I highly recommend this!
Thinking of gifting the sunset sail experience—any tips?
I want to get this sunset sail for my friend's birthday coming up. I’ve never done it myself but it sounds perfect for them! Is it really as relaxing as it sounds? How's the experience with the crew? Any advice on timing for booking?
