Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for this Dessert with Death experience?

A: Yes, the event is rated PG-13, so it's not suitable for younger kids. However, teens and adults will probably have a blast! It’s designed to be spooky but still fun, so if you’re taking older teens, it should be fine. Just make sure they're okay with some ghost stories and a little humor!

Q: What happens if the weather's bad? Will this be canceled?

A: Great question! Since this is mostly held indoors in a private 19th-century dining room, it won't be canceled due to weather. However, if there's a significant storm affecting safety, they might reschedule. It’s always a good idea to check with Charleston Culinary Tours before your date!

Q: What should I wear to the Dessert with Death experience?

A: Dress comfortably but consider the vibe! It’s a fun ghost tour and dessert event, so you can be casual. Think jeans and a nice top or a fun dress. Since it’s BYOB, you might want to bring a cute bag for your drinks. Just keep it chill and enjoy the spooky atmosphere!

Thinking of gifting Dessert with Death for my sister's bachelorette!

Hey everyone! I’m considering booking Dessert with Death for my sister’s bachelorette party next month. It seems like such a fun mix of sweets and spooky stories. I love that it’s in a 19th-century dining room, and the fact that it’s BYOB is a big plus! Anyone here done it? How was the dessert selection? And did you feel like you got enough ghost stories?

Just did Dessert with Death, and I have to share!

OMG, I just got back from Dessert with Death in Charleston! It was so much fun! The desserts were decadent, especially the chocolate torte, and our guide was hilarious while telling ghost stories. Loved that there was no walking involved. Perfect for a night out! I’d recommend it as a quirky gift for anyone who loves sweets or the supernatural!
