We start in Waikiki and ride along Kalakaua Ave. (main road in Waikiki) and ride along Kapiolani Park as we ascend towards Diamond Head. The views are beautiful and we stop at the Amelia Earhart lookout and the Kahala lookout to take in beautiful views of the coast, surf and up and down the East and West coast of Oahu. Great ride for people that want to experience riding an eBike and take in the beautiful views without too many stops. Please note that this ride does not include the Diamond Head Hike. Please check our other listings for the Diamond Head Hike & Ride. ** Family-friendly activity ages 15-65 ** This tour is recommended for riders under 65 unless you are an experienced rider and are relatively active. Q: How strenuous is the ride? I’m worried it might be too difficult for my parents.

A: The ride is pretty chill, especially since you're on an eBike, which makes it easier to tackle the hills around Diamond Head. The tour is designed for folks aged 15-65, so it's suitable for most fitness levels as long as you're somewhat active. There are a couple of stops for views, and you can go at your own pace. Just check with the provider if your parents might need a test ride first!

Q: Is this tour family-friendly? My kids are 14 and 12; can they join?

A: Yes, the tour is family-friendly, but your 12-year-old wouldn’t qualify since the age minimum is 15. The 14-year-old can ride along if they feel comfortable on an eBike. It’s a great way to enjoy the scenery without a ton of physical strain, so it could be a fun outing for you all, just not for the younger one!

Q: What are the weather cancellation policies like? I don't want to be stuck if it rains.

A: The tour usually runs rain or shine, but in case of severe weather, they’ll contact you to reschedule. If you’re worried about rain, just check the forecast a few days in advance. It’s also good to dress in layers since it can get a bit windy up by the lookouts!

I'm considering this for my brother's birthday since he loves biking and the outdoors. I think he’d have a blast riding along Kalakaua Ave and checking out those lookouts. Just finished the Diamond Head Electric Bike Tour!

OMG, what a fantastic experience! The eBikes were super fun to ride, and the views from the lookout points were breathtaking. I feel like I got to see parts of Oahu I would’ve never found on my own. I went in the morning, which was perfect because it wasn’t too hot yet. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves a good bike ride!
