Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for kids at Dinosaur Outpost?

A: There are no strict age restrictions at the Dinosaur Outpost! It’s designed for dino lovers of all ages. However, younger kids may get more out of the hands-on activities and feeding experiences. Just keep an eye on them, especially around the animatronic dinosaurs—they can be a bit loud! If your kiddo is under 3, they can enter for free with an adult.

Q: How does parking work at the Dinosaur Outpost?

A: Parking is pretty straightforward. There are several lots around Town Square, and the best part is that parking is free! Just arrive a bit early during weekends to snag a good spot since it can get busy. Once you park, it’s a short walk to the Outpost entrance.

Q: What should we wear for a visit to the Dinosaur Outpost?

A: Dress comfortably! You'll be walking around a lot, so sneakers are a must. The Outpost is mostly indoors, but some exhibits might be outdoors, so layers are a good idea depending on the weather. Also, don’t forget sunblock if it’s a sunny day, especially for the outdoor dino feeding areas!

Considering Dinosaur Outpost for my son’s birthday!

Hey all! I'm thinking of getting tickets to the Dinosaur Outpost for my son's 7th birthday. He’s obsessed with dinosaurs, and I heard they have life-size animatronics! The fact that you can feed them and ride Annie sounds amazing. Just wondering if it's worth it for his age, or if he might think it’s too kiddy? Anyone have experiences to share?

Just went to Dinosaur Outpost, and it was awesome!

I took my kids to the Dinosaur Outpost last weekend, and they had a blast! The animatronics are so lifelike, it’s kinda freaky! 😂 We spent hours there, especially at the dino feeding area. The staff was really friendly and helped us get some great pictures. Highly recommend for any dino fans, or anyone looking for something fun to do in Vegas.
