Q&A

Q: Can I bring my own food for a picnic at Dinosaur World?

A: You can't bring outside food into Dinosaur World, but there's plenty of seating areas and picnic spots where you can enjoy snacks you buy at the park! They have a little snack bar with drinks and light bites. So, if you're planning for kids, definitely grab some dinosaur-themed treats there!

Q: Is Dinosaur World suitable for toddlers?

A: Absolutely! Dinosaur World is super family-friendly. Toddlers will love the animatronics and the playground area. The train ride is also a hit with little ones! Just keep an eye on them around the fossils and gems area since it can get a bit busy.

Q: What’s the best time of year to visit Dinosaur World?

A: Spring and fall are definitely the best! The weather is milder, and the park isn't too crowded. Summer can be a bit too hot for the kiddos, but if you go early in the morning, it’s manageable. Plus, they have special events sometimes during these seasons!

Thinking of taking my kids to Dinosaur World! Worth it?

Hey everyone! I'm considering getting tickets for Dinosaur World in Glen Rose for my kids' birthday party. They love dinosaurs! I heard there’s over 100 life-size dino models and a gem mine. Can anyone share their experience? How long does it usually take to explore everything? Should we bring anything special?

Just got back from Dinosaur World - here’s the scoop!

We visited Dinosaur World last week and it was such a blast! The train ride around the park was a highlight. My kids loved the fossil dig site too! Just a tip, get there early to beat the crowds and maybe pack a light jacket for the morning. Super fun overall!
