Check out our PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience. Introductory Divers will receive a 1-on-1 skills session, that will provide basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional, followed by a guided reef tour! Enjoy exceptional diving along Hawaii's famous reefs! Q: What should I wear for the scuba diving experience? Is it warm enough in the water?

A: You'll want to wear a swimsuit under your wetsuit, which they provide. The water temp in Hawaii is usually around 75-80°F, so it feels nice! Just bring a towel and maybe a light cover-up for when you're out of the water. Sunscreen is a must too!

Q: Is there an age limit for this scuba diving experience?

A: Yes, kids as young as 10 can participate in this experience, but they must be accompanied by an adult. The instructors are great with the younger divers, and my 12-year-old had a blast!

Q: What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate? Can we reschedule?

A: If the weather's not safe for diving, they'll usually contact you the day before to reschedule. They want to keep everyone safe and have a great experience, so don't worry too much about that. Just keep an eye on the forecast!

I’m planning to gift this scuba diving experience to my boyfriend for his birthday! I heard from a friend that Dive Oahu is legit, and the reef tours are stunning. Plus, the chance to see sea turtles and sharks is a huge sell for him. Any tips for first-timers?

Just did the Discover Scuba Diving experience—AMAZING!

I went on this diving experience last week and oh my gosh, it was unreal! The reefs are absolutely beautiful, and we saw so many fish and even a sea turtle! The instructors were super chill and made me feel safe. I’ll definitely do it again next time I’m in Honolulu.
