Q&A
A: Yes, participants need to be at least 21 years old since it involves alcohol production. It's a fun way to learn about gin while enjoying a couple of cocktails during class! Just make sure the person you're gifting it to meets that age requirement.
A: You can wear casual clothes, but I’d recommend something you don’t mind getting a little splashed on. It's a hands-on class, so there could be spills. Closed-toe shoes are a good idea too, just in case. You'll be having fun, but it’s still a distillery!
A: You can reschedule by contacting Simplicity Spirits directly. They’re pretty flexible, but make sure to give them at least 48 hours notice to avoid any fees. They want everyone to enjoy their experience, so they’ll work with you if something comes up!

Considering gifting the Distill Your Own Gin class — thoughts?
I’m thinking about gifting the 'Distill Your Own Gin' class at Simplicity Spirits in Salt Lake City for my brother's birthday. He loves gin and has been curious about the distillation process. The class includes two gin and tonics, which sounds fun! Just wondering if anyone has done this and how it went? I want to make sure it’s worth it.
Just finished the gin distilling class—WOW!
I just got back from the Distill Your Own Gin class in Salt Lake, and I can’t recommend it enough! The whole vibe was great, and I loved that we got to actually use the nano-stills. By the end, I made a gin that I can’t wait to share! Totally worth the price if you ask me.
