Come see Tennessee's most unique distillery offering a wide range of award winning spirits. Tour our amazing distillery with five hand-built still systems capable of producing everything from vodka to rum, absinthe to agave and of course our astonishing gin which may be one of the very best in the US. We make whiskey too! Bourbon, rye and Single Malt are all produced in-house and aged in our signature Boxcar Barrelhouse! The distillery is a proud member of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail!

A: Yes, you have to be 21 or older to participate in the distillery tour since they serve alcoholic beverages. If you're considering gifting this to someone younger, they won't be able to join in on the tastings. Just make sure to bring a valid ID!

A: Casual is totally fine! Just make sure to wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking around the distillery. The tour lasts about an hour or so, and you'll want to be relaxed while you enjoy the spirits afterwards. I wore jeans and sneakers, and it was perfect.

Q: How do I handle rescheduling if something comes up?

A: You can easily reschedule by contacting Gate 11 directly. They’re pretty accommodating, but I'd recommend giving at least 48 hours notice if possible. Just check their website or give them a call for their specific policy. I had to reschedule once, and they were super helpful!

I'm planning to surprise my boyfriend with the distillery tour at Gate 11 in Chattanooga. He loves craft spirits, especially gin! The reviews say they have some of the best gin in the US. I just want to know if it's really worth it, and what to expect from the tour. Also, should I book in advance?

Just did the distillery tour at Gate 11 - wow!

I went to Gate 11 Distillery last weekend, and it was such a fun experience! The tour guide was really passionate and you get to see all the cool stills they have. Tasting the gin and bourbon afterwards was the highlight for sure! If you're in Chattanooga, you HAVE to check it out.
