North to Alaska! We are the northernmost state, the state with the largest coastline of any state, and the largest (by far) in terms of land. We are a unique breed up here, but we still love to have fun! Come sip and savor some Alaska-made hooch. Alaskan Spirits encompasses your Authentic Alaskan Vibe, while offering a unique "speak easy" feel in the tasting room. The tour is great for groups, and we are not limited to only adults (bring your kids - although you must be 21 to drink). On sunny days, there is life-size Jenga and cornhole to play after your tour.

Q&A

Q: Can kids come on the distillery tour or just adults?

A: Yes, kids are welcome on the distillery tour! Just keep in mind that they won't be able to partake in the tastings. It’s a great experience for the whole family, especially if you enjoy a bit of history along with your drinks. The tasting room has a fun, laid-back vibe too, which is perfect for groups of all ages!

Q: How long does the distillery tour last?

A: The tour usually lasts about an hour, but it can vary a bit depending on the group size and any questions you might have. After the tour, you can hang out and enjoy some games like cornhole, which is a fun way to extend your time there. Don't forget to enjoy the popcorn too!

Q: What if the weather is bad? Do they cancel the tour?

A: They usually don’t cancel tours for bad weather unless it's really severe. The tasting room is indoors, so you can still enjoy it regardless. Just check their website before heading out since they sometimes have updates based on conditions. Bring layers just in case!

Thinking of gifting the distillery tour, any tips?

Hey everyone! I'm considering gifting a distillery tour at Alaskan Spirits in Anchorage to my brother. He loves trying new drinks and I know they have some unique vodkas. I heard they have fun games like cornhole too! Just wondering if it's worth it and if I should add any special touches for the gift?

Just got back from the distillery tour, it was awesome!

I just did the distillery tour at Alaskan Spirits and wow, what a blast! The vodkas were amazing, especially the oak barrel aged one. The self-serve popcorn was a nice touch too. After the tour, we played cornhole outside, and it was a perfect way to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend it if you're in Anchorage!
