Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the kayak tour? Any suggestions?

A: I'd recommend wearing a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing since you'll likely get splashed. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen—Florida sun can be intense! Also, water shoes or sandals are a good idea for walking on the sandbar.

Q: Is there an age limit for the kayak tour? I'm thinking about getting this for my kids.

A: Great question! Kids as young as 5 can go as long as they're with an adult. It’s perfect for families! Just keep in mind that younger kids may need a bit of help paddling.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour? Do they offer rescheduling?

A: Yes, they’re pretty flexible! If the weather looks bad, they’ll reach out to you to reschedule. It’s best to check their policy before booking, but they generally want to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Thinking about gifting the Dolphin and Manatee Kayak Tour!

I'm considering getting this for my partner's birthday. We've always wanted to see dolphins up close and explore Daytona Beach's waterways! The tour includes kayaks and life vests, which is nice. I'm a bit concerned about how strenuous it might be though. Any advice?

Just did the kayak tour, and wow!

I went on the Dolphin and Manatee kayak tour last week with some friends, and it was amazing! We saw dolphins swimming next to us and even spotted a manatee! The history part was really interesting too. Definitely worth it!
