Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the dolphin and snorkeling tour?

A: There's no strict age limit! This tour is super family-friendly, so small children can absolutely join. Just make sure they're comfortable in the water since you'll be snorkeling. The crew will assist with gear and keep an eye on everyone.

Q: What if the weather turns bad? Do they cancel the tour?

A: Yes, if weather conditions aren't safe, the tour will be canceled, and you can either reschedule or get a full refund. I’d recommend calling ahead if you see bad weather on the forecast, just to check in. They want everyone to be safe.

Q: What should I wear for the dolphin and snorkeling trip?

A: Definitely bring a swimsuit, and maybe a rash guard if you're sensitive to the sun. Flip-flops or water shoes are ideal for the boat. Don’t forget a towel and sunscreen—reef-safe is best! They have snacks and water on board, so just pack the essentials.

Thinking of gifting the Dolphin & Whale Watching tour! Any tips?

Hey everyone! I'm considering gifting the Dolphin & Seasonal Whale Watching tour to my partner who loves marine life. I see it's hosted by Indigo Ocean Hawaii and includes snacks and lunch. Can anyone share their experience? Is it worth it? I'm curious if the whale watching is that good in winter, and is it suitable for first-timers?

Just came back from the dolphin tour - what an experience!

OMG, I just got back from the dolphin & snorkeling tour in West Oahu, and it was amazing! We saw so many dolphins swimming alongside the boat. The crew was super nice, and the Hawaiian lunch was delicious! I was a bit nervous about snorkeling, but it turned out to be so chill—I even saw a turtle! Highly recommend it for families or anyone who loves the ocean.
