Q&A
A: There's no official age limit, so it's suitable for kids of all ages! However, keep in mind that younger children may need extra supervision while snorkeling. It's also a good idea to check with the crew before the trip for any specific requirements or recommendations.
A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, they usually try to reschedule the trip for you. You can also opt for a full refund if that doesn’t work for your schedule. Just keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your tour!
A: Wear your swimsuit, and I'd recommend a rash guard or something long-sleeved if you're sensitive to the sun. Water shoes are a good idea, too, since the shells can be sharp and you’ll be walking on sand and rocks. Don’t forget a hat and sunglasses!

Is the dolphin tour really worth it for a family with young kids?
Hey everyone! I'm considering booking the Dolphin/Shelling/Snorkeling tour in St. Pete for my family. We've got a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old, and I want to make sure they’ll have a great time. Is it easy to board the boat? And how's the snorkeling? Any tips would be awesome!
What a fantastic day out on the water! Just did the tour!
I just got back from the Dolphin/Shelling/Snorkeling tour, and wow! The crew was super friendly, we saw tons of dolphins, and the shells at Shell Key were amazing! Just a heads up—snorkeling was a bit tricky due to the waves, but the kids had fun collecting shells instead. Totally recommend it!
