A: Great question! The age limit for the eFoil lessons is usually 12 years and up. Kids can definitely participate, but they need to be able to listen and follow instructions well. It’s a fun experience for families, but make sure they’re comfortable in the water! Just keep an eye on their confidence level.
A: Typically, you’ll want to wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing. A rash guard is also a good idea to protect against the sun. They provide life jackets, but if you have your own, you can bring that too. Just make sure you’re comfortable because you’ll definitely get wet!
A: Weather is definitely a factor for eFoil lessons. If it’s raining or there are high winds, they’ll usually reschedule. You can check the forecast ahead of time and call the provider if you’re unsure. They’re pretty good about keeping you updated on any changes!

Just finished my first eFoil lesson in Fort Lauderdale!
Wow, what an experience! I went last week with a friend and we had a blast learning how to eFoil. FloFoil was super chill and helpful. It took me a bit to get the hang of balancing, but once I did, flying over the water was amazing. The views of the Fort Lauderdale waterways are beautiful too. If you’re thinking about it as a gift, definitely go for it!

Considering this eFoil lesson for my partner’s birthday! They love water sports, and the idea of flying over the water sounds so cool. Has anyone done it? How hard is it to learn? I want to make sure it's not too difficult but still super fun!
