Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the e-scooter tour? Can kids join?

A: Yes, there is an age limit. Riders need to be at least 12 years old to participate in the tour, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. It's a great family-friendly activity! Just make sure to book in advance since it can get busy.

Q: What should we wear for the e-scooter tour? Is it casual?

A: Definitely wear comfortable clothes! Casual is key since you'll be riding around for a couple of hours. Sneakers are great for grip, and don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen if it’s sunny! It can get hot in Dallas, so dress for the weather.

Q: What if it rains? Do we get a refund or can we reschedule?

A: If the weather is bad, they usually offer to reschedule you to another date. They’re pretty flexible with that! I’d recommend calling ahead if you’re worried about rain on your planned day.

Just did the Downtown Dallas E-Scooter Tour! What a ride!

I took the Downtown Dallas Sightseeing & History E-Scooter tour last weekend and wow, it was awesome! The guides were super friendly and we got to see so many cool spots around the city. They provide bottled water which was nice. It’s a bit fast-paced, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who’s not comfortable with riding. But for my friends and me, it was a blast! Definitely would gift this to others.

Thinking of gifting the E-Scooter tour, any thoughts?

I’m considering getting the Downtown Dallas E-Scooter tour for my sister's birthday. She loves exploring new places, but I’m worried she might find the scooters tricky to handle. Has anyone done it who can share their thoughts?
