Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the e-bike tour in the Gorge?

A: There aren't strict age limits for the e-bike tour! Megan can customize the experience for any age group, which is really nice. Kids as young as 12 can typically join if they're accompanied by an adult. Just make sure they’re comfortable on a bike, especially with the electric ones!

Q: What should we wear for the e-bike tour? Is there a chance it might rain?

A: Good question! I'd recommend wearing layers since the weather can change quickly in the Gorge. Bring a lightweight rain jacket just in case—it’s always smart to be prepared. Comfortable shoes are a must since you'll be biking and potentially hiking a bit. And don’t forget sunscreen; even if it’s cloudy, the UV can still get ya!

Q: Is the e-bike tour suitable for beginners? What if we're not super fit?

A: Absolutely! Megan is great at customizing the tour to fit your fitness level. The e-bikes make it easier to tackle those hills, so you don't have to worry too much about being super fit. Just communicate your comfort level to her, and she’ll make sure you have an enjoyable time exploring at your own pace.

Just booked the e-bike tour in the Columbia River Gorge—any tips?

I just bought this experience as a gift for my partner! We’re super excited, but I’m a little nervous about the logistics. What’s the best way to get there from Portland? And any tips on what to bring? Thanks!

Has anyone done the e-bike tour? How was your experience?

I did the e-bike tour with Megan last month and it was SO much fun! The views were stunning, and the lunch she provided was delicious. She tailored the ride to our group’s fitness level, which was perfect. Would definitely recommend it as a gift for anyone who loves nature!
