Q&A
A: Yes, generally participants should be at least 12 years old to join the E-Bike Tour. Kids under 16 might need to be accompanied by an adult. It’s always good to check with Riptide Watersports directly if you have younger kids in mind, just to make sure they have something suitable for them!
A: Definitely go for something casual but sporty! You’ll want breathable clothes since you’ll be riding for a while. Closed-toe shoes are a must since you’ll be on the bike, and don’t forget sunglasses and sunscreen! The guide provides helmets, but you can wear your own if you prefer.
A: If the weather looks questionable, Riptide Watersports will usually contact you ahead of time to discuss rescheduling options. They want everyone to have a great experience, so safety is their priority! Just be sure to check the forecast and reach out if you have any doubts.

Just did the E-Bike Tour at Little Talbot Island, and it was amazing!
I went on the E-Bike Tour last weekend, and wow, what a great experience! The scenery on Little Talbot Island is breathtaking. We rode through these cool shaded trails and I even saw some deer. The guide was super friendly and shared lots of interesting facts about the island. It was a perfect mix of learning and cruising. I highly recommend it if you're in Jacksonville! Fyi, make sure to wear sunscreen because the sun can be intense even under the trees!
Thinking about gifting the E-Bike Tour, but is it suitable for older adults?
I wanna get the E-Bike Tour for my parents who are in their late 60s. They both enjoy biking but haven’t done much off-road stuff. Any thoughts on how easy it is? I saw it’s guided, but would they be able to keep up?
