Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the e-bike tour? It's going to be a bit chilly.

A: Definitely dress in layers! Mornings can be pretty cool in Glacier, but it warms up as the day goes on. I'd recommend wearing a moisture-wicking base layer and packing a light jacket. Don’t forget comfortable biking shoes and maybe sunglasses for the sun when you're cruising along Lake McDonald!

Q: Is this tour good for beginners? My sister's never biked before.

A: Absolutely! The e-bikes make it super easy, even for beginners. The route is mostly flat with paved paths, so it’s not too strenuous. Plus, the guides are super supportive and will help everyone get comfortable before you hit the road. Perfect for a first-time cyclist!

Q: What if the weather's bad? Can you reschedule?

A: In case of bad weather, the provider usually allows for rescheduling. Just make sure to check their cancellation policy when booking. It’s always good to keep an eye on the forecast ahead of time – but they’re pretty flexible if conditions look rough!

Just did the e-bike tour in Glacier and it was AMAZING!

I just got back from the e-bike tour on Camas Road and wow, what an experience! The views of Lake McDonald were absolutely breathtaking, especially with all the wildflowers blooming. The picnic at the North Fork River was a perfect break too. Jersey Boys sandwiches really hit the spot! If you’re considering this as a gift, do it! My mom loved it, and she’s not much of a biker. Also, the guides were super helpful and made it fun!

Considering the e-bike tour as a gift, any tips?

I’m thinking about getting this e-bike tour for my boyfriend's birthday. He loves the outdoors but hasn’t tried biking in a while. Is it good for someone a little out of shape? Also, how’s the parking situation at Apgar Village?
