Q&A

Q: Is there a weight limit for the scooters? I'm planning to rent one for my dad who's a bit heavier.

A: Yes, each E-Scooter and E-Trike has a maximum weight limit of 300 lbs, so your dad should be fine as long as he’s under that limit. Just make sure to check the weight before booking, and if you’re both going, you can rent an E-Trike that seats two. Have fun!

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day we booked? Can we reschedule?

A: The company is pretty flexible with rescheduling due to weather. If it looks like rain or high winds, just call them up, and they’ll help you pick a new date. I had to do that once, and they were super accommodating!

Q: What should we wear for this scooter ride? Is it safe?

A: Definitely wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. The helmets are provided, which is great for safety. As for safety on the scooters, they’re pretty stable, but just be aware of traffic and pedestrians. I wore sneakers and had no issues!

Thinking of gifting an electric scooter rental ride to the Golden Gate!

Hey everyone! I'm thinking of getting this Early Bird Electric Scooter rental for my mom's birthday. She loves exploring new places. The idea of riding around Fisherman’s Wharf and heading to the Golden Gate sounds amazing! Has anyone done it? How was the storytelling tour? Any tips for first-timers?

Anyone else worried about parking near Fisherman's Wharf?

Okay, I just booked the electric scooter rental for my friends and now I’m stressing about parking. Is it a pain to find a spot at Fisherman’s Wharf? Should I plan to arrive super early? Any advice would help!
