Q&A
A: Yes, kids can participate! Generally, they should be at least 10 years old to handle the rappelling and UTV rides. It really depends on their comfort level with heights and physical activity. Just make sure they’re ready for adventure and can follow instructions. It’s a blast for families!
A: Yes, the UTVs have a weight limit of around 1,200 lbs total for safety reasons. As for canyoneering, it’s really about individual ability to safely navigate the rappelling. If you're unsure, just give Roam a call and they can advise based on your situation. They’re super helpful!
A: Definitely wear sturdy hiking shoes with good grip, because it can get slippery in the canyons. I’d also recommend quick-dry clothes since you might get a bit wet while rappelling. Layering is good too, since it can be chilly in the morning but hot by midday. A hat and sunscreen are essential!

Just did the East Zion Slot Canyon Adventure and it was incredible!
I took the East Zion Ultimate Slot Canyon Canyoneering UTV Adventure last weekend and wow, it was everything I hoped for! The UTV ride was super fun, and we got to see canyons that felt like our own private paradise. Rappelling down those walls was a rush! The guides were professional and really made it feel safe. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an adventure gift!
Considering gifting this canyoneering experience for my boyfriend's birthday!
I’m thinking about buying the East Zion Ultimate Slot Canyon Canyoneering UTV Adventure for my boyfriend’s birthday. He loves the outdoors but has never rappelled before. Is this a good starter adventure? How long do these trips usually take? Any advice would be super helpful!
