Q&A

Q: Are there any age limits for this eBike tour? Thinking about gifting it to my 15-year-old.

A: Great question! The eBike tour is generally suitable for teens, but participants should be at least 14 years old. If your 15-year-old is comfortable riding a bike, they'll probably have a blast! Just make sure they can handle the eBike since it can go a bit faster than a regular bike.

Q: What if it rains? Will we get a refund or can we reschedule the tour?

A: They do have rain ponchos included, but if the weather is really bad, you can definitely reschedule! Just reach out to Freewheel Art and E-bike Tours at least 24 hours in advance. They’re super accommodating, so don't stress too much about the weather!

Q: What's the parking situation like at the starting point? Is it easy to find?

A: Parking is pretty convenient! There’s a lot near the starting point, and it's usually not too crowded. Just be sure to arrive a little early, especially during peak tourist season. That way, you can scope out the area and enjoy the views before the ride!

Just did the eBike tour in Anchorage and it was epic!

I just got back from the eBike Coastal and Forest Trails tour with Freewheel Art and E-bike Tours, and wow! The coastline views were insane, and we even saw a moose! The eBikes were easy to handle, and since they provide gloves and ponchos, I stayed warm and dry. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Anchorage. It’s perfect for a fun day out!

Looking to gift the eBike tour—any thoughts?

I’m thinking about getting the eBike Coastal and Forest Trails tour for my parents who are visiting Anchorage. They love nature and biking, but they’re in their 60s. Is it too much for them? What do you all think?
