Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the Eco-Raft Tour?

A: There aren't strict age restrictions for the Eco-Raft Tour, but kids should be at least 3 years old to participate. Just keep in mind that the snorkeling part may be better suited for kids over 8 since they need to be comfortable in the water. It's a very family-friendly tour overall!

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can definitely reschedule your tour. They'll let you know if there's a cancellation due to stormy conditions, and they'll work with you to find another date that's convenient. Just keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your tour!

Q: What should I wear for the snorkeling part?

A: Wear a swimsuit and maybe a light rash guard for sun protection. You’ll get wet, so flip-flops or water shoes are a good idea, too. Don’t forget a hat and sunglasses for when you’re on the raft and relaxing between snorkeling spots!

Just did the Eco-Raft Tour and it was AMAZING!

We just got back from the Eco-Raft Tour and I can't recommend it enough! We did the 5-hour snorkel and dolphin watch option. The crew was super friendly and made sure everyone felt safe while snorkeling. We saw dolphins up close, it was unreal! Plus, the snacks were delicious. Definitely bring a camera. The only downside is I wish I could do it again tomorrow!

Considering the Eco-Raft Tour as a gift for my partner!

I'm looking for a unique gift for my partner’s birthday and stumbled upon this Eco-Raft Tour. It sounds like a great experience! I'm a little worried about how to book it, though. Do I need to buy the tickets in advance? Any tips from those who've done it?
