Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for renting these electric bikes?

A: Yes, you have to be at least 13 years old to rent an e-bike from Bike & Roll. If you’re under 18, it’s best to have a parent or guardian with you. Just make sure to check their ID when you arrive!

Q: What if the weather's bad on the day I book the e-bike?

A: If the weather's not looking good, you can usually reschedule your booking without a problem. Just call the shop before your rental time to confirm. They’re pretty flexible, especially if it’s rainy or super windy!

Q: What’s the difficulty level? Do I need to be in shape to ride these e-bikes?

A: Not at all! The e-bikes have pedal assist, so they make it super easy to ride even if you're not in great shape. You can go at your own pace, and the bike will give you a boost when you need it. Perfect for a leisurely ride around San Francisco!

Thinking of gifting an e-bike rental in San Francisco!

Hey everyone! I'm considering getting my brother an electric bike rental for the day from Bike & Roll. He's visiting next month and loves biking. The idea of cruising around SF on an e-bike sounds amazing, especially with those hills! Can anyone share their experience? What routes should we take? Looking for a memorable ride!

Anyone tried the electric bike rental? Need tips!

So I’m thinking about doing the electric bike rental with my friends this weekend in San Francisco. I’ve never been on an e-bike before. Are they easy to ride? What's included in the rental? I just want to make sure we have a great time!
