Join us on this unique electric mountain biking/hiking experience to the Hidden Grotto & Waterfall Fall experience on the most premium mountain bikes available on the market (Husqvarna,Specialized) This out and back trail to the Hidden Grotto and Water Fall in Malibu is one of the most popular hiking & biking experiences Among our participants. This eMTB experience takes place on both paved and fire road combined with a hike. Riders of all levels welcome (no experience is necessary). We will fit you with a 2023 premium electric mountain bike. On the way to the Hidden Grotto & Waterfall you’ll come across amazing canyons and beautiful ocean views. Once we reach our destination you’ll have a chance to take plenty of pictures within the canyon and swim in the Hidden Grotto and waterfall. This adventure will give you a whole different perspective of Malibu.

Q: Is there an age limit for this electric bike and hike experience?

A: Hey! There’s no strict age limit, but kids should be at least 12 years old to ride the eMTB, and they need to be accompanied by an adult. It's great for families! Just make sure they're comfortable riding in a semi-rugged environment. If you have younger kids, maybe consider joining as a group and hiking at their pace.

Q: What should we wear for this experience? Is it okay for beginners?

A: Great question! Wear comfortable athletic clothes and sturdy shoes, like hiking boots or sneakers. It might get a bit muddy on some parts, so avoid flip-flops. And yes, this experience is totally beginner-friendly! They provide a quick tutorial on how to use the eMTB, and the guides are super helpful.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule?

A: If it looks like rain or severe weather, they usually contact you to reschedule. They’re pretty flexible regarding cancellations due to weather. Just keep an eye on your email for updates, and you can easily pick another date that works for you!

Just did the Electric Bike & Hike - WOW!

I just got back from the Electric Bike & Hike to the Hidden Grotto & Waterfall in Malibu and it was incredible! The views were to die for, and swimming in the grotto was such a refreshing treat. The bikes were super easy to use, even for a newbie like me. I definitely recommend this as a gift for anyone who enjoys the outdoors!
