Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the electric bike rental in Waikiki? Is it casual or more sporty?

A: Definitely go for casual, but make sure you're comfortable! Light clothes and closed-toe shoes work best since you'll be biking around for a while. Also, don't forget sunscreen and sunglasses, especially if you're hitting the beach areas like Ala Moana Park.

Q: Is there a weight limit for the e-bikes? I want to gift this to a friend who's on the heavier side.

A: Yes, there is a weight limit of about 300 lbs for the e-bikes. Just make sure to check with the provider when booking if you're unsure. They can help recommend the best options for your friend.

Q: Can you reschedule if the weather is bad? Planning this for a birthday gift but worried about rain.

A: Yes! If the weather looks bad, you can definitely reschedule. Just give them a call or email ahead of your booking date, and they’ll work with you to find a new time. Better safe than soggy, right?

Thinking of gifting electric bike rentals in Waikiki, thoughts?

Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting an electric bike rental in Waikiki for my sister's birthday. I think it’d be so fun to ride around the beach and explore places like Diamond Head and the Ala Moana Center. Has anyone done this? Is it worth it? Any tips would be awesome!

Just rented e-bikes in Waikiki, and wow!

Just got back from doing the electric bike rental at Hele on Waikiki and it was such a blast! We rode all the way to Kewalo Basin and checked out some local food spots. Riding around was super chill, and I felt like a kid again! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Oahu!
